Convenient and comfortable stay
helpful shuttle great room size professional staff
The shuttle service to the airport was very helpful. The room was a great size with nice amenities provided. The staff were friendly and behaved professionally (appreciate their attention to detail!).
my room was not cleaned for one and a half days. The coffee and tea supplies were not replenished. It was disappointing, and no compensation was offered.

free shuttle convenient option
i found the free shuttle service very useful.. it ran frequently to and from the airport. the on-site bar and restaurant provided convenient options for meals and drinks. i appreciated the electric kettle and tea provided in the room. it allowed for a quick refreshment after a long day.

A wonderful stay close to everything!
punctual airport shuttle professional front desk quiet room
The airport shuttle was punctual. I found this very reliable. Front desk staff showed professionalism. Rooms had quietness, cleanliness, and comfort. This provided a good short stay. It's PERFECT for a traveller.
I noticed that the gym equipment showed signs of wear. Some of the treadmills had worn belts, it affected my workout.

The hotel has a nice swimming pool, with a sauna and a well-equipped gym for guest use. These facilities are all well maintained. The pool area has many loungers and a shaded area for relaxation near the water.

Convenient and Quiet!
shuttle bus hot water pressure
The shuttle bus operates every half hour, and I found this very convenient. The room was also quiet. I had a strong hot water pressure in the shower!
The lifts are not reliable. Waiting times were excessive.

mediocre stay NEAR the airport
bathroom hairs slow bar service
the free shuttle to the airport ran frequently, AS expected.
The room cleanliness was not acceptable. there were hairs ON the bathroom floor, aND dust accumulated on the furniture. additionally, the bar service was slow. The bartender seemed more occupied with personal conversations THAN serving waiting customers.

the airport shuttle arrived every 30 minutes. the room was quiet. coffee, tea, and a bottle of water were complimentary.
The breakfast was great. Though it was not included in the price.
